Unique Path to Kumsum Khanguru Peak Expeditions at 6, 382 meter located high in the Khumbu district of Sagarmatha zone at which straddles the northern boundary between Dudh Kosi and hidden Hinku valley of southern Everest region.

Kusum Khanguru Peak climb regarded as technically challenging on all possible climbing to its summit routes, Kusum Kanguru is an striking and impressive rock and ice peak, the peak name originates from Tibetan and Sherpa language as ‘Three Snow-White Gods’. The climb to Kumsum Khanguru is for strong experience climber and adventurer with alpine mountaineering experience skills.

Climb to Kumsum Khanguru basically there are two possible routes, the North Ridge is climbed from Monjo on the trail to Namche Bazaar. From base camp ascend steep grass and screed and finally a ramp leading to the ridge proper.

The other possible routes, which Unique Path has taken is from South-East Ridge towards South East Face is from the Hinku valley area.

From Lukla reaching to its base camp in about five days, the ascent route to the main summit is through the South East Face, after establish the base camp at 4,360 meters high, 2 to 3 high camps are required to make a successful climb to Kususum Khanguru Peak summit top.

Unique Path have set the Ksumsum Khanguru Peak Expeditions itinerary flexible with more acclimatization days and to make the most of this beautiful region with enough rest and free day for acclimatization and preparation for the Big Climb.

Unique Path route will be by classic original from Unique South-East Ridge towards South East Face is from Hinku valley to its South West Ridge. This provides a superb climb, s at a practical level of difficulty and with good camp platforms at considered points along the route. Apart from one short section it is impartially very safe.

Advance or High camp at 5, 600 m high will be set after base camp to make this climb more accessible and quicker and for safety, here climber will be divided to set up further higher camp I and camp II for the final summit bid, Unique Path to Kusum Khanguru Peak Expeditions with 12 days to climb the summit top, during this days, ferry of load to designated camp sites.

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
  • Day 2-3: In Kathmandu sightseeing and preparation for the trip.
  • Day 4: Fly to Lukla 2,800m begin trek to Chutanga 3,430m - 04 hrs.
  • Day 5: Trek to Tuli Kharka 4,200 m - 06 hrs.
  • Day 6: Trek to Mousum Kharka 3,430m - 04 hrs.
  • Day 7: Trek to Tagnag 4,360 m - 05 hrs.
  • Day 8: Rest day at Tagnag for acclimatization.
  • Day 9: Trek towards Kusum Khanguru Base Camp 4,360m - 05 hrs.
  • Day 10: Free day for climbing preparation.
  • Day 11-22: Climbing day till Day 22 (12 days)
  • Day 23: Return to Base Camp and clean up the Base Camp.
  • Day 24: At Base Camp packing and final clean up.
  • Day 25: Trek to Tuli Kharka 4,200 m - 06 hrs.
  • Day 26: Trek to Lukla - 07 hrs.
  • Day 27: Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
  • Day 28-29: In Kathmandu for optional tours / individual activities.
  • Day 30: International departure for home ward bound.
